Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, facilitating quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • The general mold lifespan is 10 uses, although some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from the mold.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
