Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees, providing rapid curing for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Generally, the lifespan of the mold is about 10 uses, while some model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can help prolong the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
