Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin castings, with a high heat resistance that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
