Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a high-temperature environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and prolong lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
