Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. It is a resin epoxy mold that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing the resin epoxy to dry quickly. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It will be completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while for some mold models it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
