Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing resin epoxy castings to dry quickly and be removed after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. With over 180 resin epoxy mold models currently available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. Homogeneous mixing should ensure that the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
