Epoxy Silicone Mold - Flat Bead - 16 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick curing for resin epoxy pours, withstanding temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important warning:

• The general usage life of molds is 10 times, while for some mold models, it is between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
