12 mm Flat Bead Mold  - Epoxy Silicone Mold

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and industries, allowing for various possibilities depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable within approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish within 48 hours.

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your molds.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning and removing epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
