Epoxy Silicone Mold - Desk Organizer - 32.5*23.5 cm

Epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the resin epoxy castings have dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold's interior with your fingers.
