Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid curing of epoxy resin casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
