Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant Keychain Heart - 50 mm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be easily removed after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, alternating mixing directions from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will achieve a glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
