Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees, which can be maintained. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 times, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
