Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, allowing the product to be removed after drying. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to ensure fast curing of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and prolongs its lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
