Epoxy Resin Mold Pendant 3.5 x 2.9 x 0.35 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, facilitating quick drying in resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and top to bottom motion. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick contacts the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
