Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning the product can be easily removed after drying for epoxy resin castings, enabling quick drying at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, thus preserving the resin epoxy mold. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. Homogeneous mixing should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours, completely hardens within 12 hours, and becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective at removing epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
