Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields, creating variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, up-and-down motion to achieve a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can last up to 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and extend its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
