Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, allowing resin epoxy castings to dry quickly. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. These resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part Catalyst into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
