Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the resin epoxy castings have dried, allowing for quick curing of the resin epoxy at a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination, in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part Catalyst into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
