Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, which helps resin epoxy casts to dry quickly. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in various sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.
Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part catalyst into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture well for 2-3 minutes by moving from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish after 48 hours. Color: Transparent
Important Note:
- The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, while some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
- Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
