Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, facilitating quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with a temperature ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.
Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly by stirring back and forth, left to right, and up and down for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent
Important Note:
- The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures long-term use.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
- Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
