• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure rapid drying in resin epoxy pours, capable of withstanding a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for single-use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container, stirring slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, alternating the stirring direction from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It will fully harden within 24 hours and achieve a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Proper care of your mold and the way you use it, as well as the cleaning procedures, can help you prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
