• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, this resin epoxy mold helps in quick drying of resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion for 10-15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of mold usage is usually 10 times, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Proper care of your mold and usage methods such as cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning and removing epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
