• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, which means they can be removed after the product has dried. This resin epoxy mold can withstand high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for rapid drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
