Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish.

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used for 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
