Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds are capable of rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, maintaining a high temperature resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin into 1 part freezing container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
