Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after drying, providing fast curing in resin epoxy pours with a high heat degree that can withstand an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Also, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general usage life of the mold is 10 times; however, some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its usage life.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold gloss and ensures a longer usage life.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
