Butterfly Resin Epoxy Coaster Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is typically 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
