Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow resin epoxy pours to dry quickly in a hot environment ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination in Turkey

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It becomes glass-like after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
