Backgammon Silicone Mold - Resin Epoxy Mold - 47x24 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures fast curing of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
