- It is a mold used in natural soap casting.
- Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds used in resin epoxy castings, allowing for quick curing of products that can be removed after drying in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.
- Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours and takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from bottom to top.
