Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir well for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be obtained by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general service life of the mold is usually 10 times, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the inside of the mold with your fingers.
