Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a quick curing of resin epoxy casts that can withstand a hot environment with an average temperature between 200 and 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 models available in Turkey, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixing should be ensured by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours, fully hardens within 12 hours, and acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
