Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - R

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy pours after drying, maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. The resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

How to Use: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
