Single Letter Epoxy Resin Mold - p

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds that can withstand high temperatures ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy casts after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
