Baby Foot Magnet Resin Epoxy Mold

• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which ensures rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by moving the mixing stick from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and edges of the container with the mixing stick. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and removing residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
