Candle Crystal Epoxy Resin Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that ensure rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours and takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• The general lifespan of molds is 10 times, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it longer.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
