Resin Epoxy Silicone Injection Mold

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can facilitate quick drying in resin epoxy pours, with a high heat resistance capable of withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin into a freezing container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand in about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
