Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring rapid curing of resin epoxy pours in a warm environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours, and completely harden within 12 hours. It will turn into a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, while some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids, while alcohol-based wet wipes are not recommended for cleaning silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
