Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the mold after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick curing of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully cured within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important note:

• Generally, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
