Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which means the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, ensuring quick drying for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, mixing from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring stick during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like surface after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure longer usage.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
