Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
