Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can preserve the resin epoxy casting at a high temperature between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment to ensure rapid drying of the product. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly in a back-and-forth, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
