Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which enables rapid curing of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable molds for resin casting that can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Mix 2 parts resin with 1 part hardener in a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glassy appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain mold shine and prolong its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
