Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of resin epoxy castings that can be easily removed after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing rod. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax varnish, or sealant to maintain the gloss and extend the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the inside of the mold with your fingers.
