Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a fast curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage : Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a freezer-safe container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During stirring, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some models of our molds can be used up to 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
