• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring quick curing of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, ensure the stirring stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture.
  Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours.
  It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important Notice:

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold interior with your fingers.
