Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that can be used for resin epoxy castings that can be easily removed after the product has dried, providing quick drying at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a hot environment that can withstand. Our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, moving from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand approximately 6 hours later. It will completely harden within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following the instructions on usage, cleaning procedures, etc., can help you use it for a longer period.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which will maintain the shine of the mold and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
