Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried, and can withstand high temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, ensuring rapid drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and longevity.
  • Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
