Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy castings that require quick drying at high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only, resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is 10; however, some of our mold models have a lifespan between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
