Crystal Droplet Resin Epoxy Mold 12 x 23 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand high temperatures, approximately between 200 to 300 degrees, allowing resin epoxy castings to dry quickly and be removed after drying. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, make sure the mixing rod touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
